It is our great pleasure to announce the "2012 National Conference - Quest for Innovation in Nanotechnology to be held in Bharath Institute of Science & Tecnhology, Bharath University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu on February 8th & 9th, 2012. The QIN 2012 will highlight cutting-edge advances in all major disciplines of nanotechnology. This two-day event will feature recent findings from leading industrial, clinical and academic experts in the field, in the form of lectures and posters. QIN 2012 will be unique in promoting the translational nature of modern nanotechnological research, with emphasis on both the basic science in industry and academia as well as its practical and clinical applications. Presentations would focus on technology development, strategic alliances and partnering trends.
Renowned Professor form Indian Institutions such as IIT-Madras, Anna University, Sankara Nethralaya and Madras University will deliver keynote lectures at the conference. The conference plans to bring together leading technologists to discuss and present the latest important developments in nano and allied disciplines. The QIN 2012 will also provide a forum for in-depth assessment of the challenges involved in the dynamic and fast moving fields of nanotechnology.
This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your basic research, findings and practices in the various thematic nano sessions of bioethics; biotechnology; environmental; industrial and manufacturing; clinical; pharmaceutical and innovative ideas not listed above area are also welcomed.
Manuscripts not exceeding 10 pages should be submitted for Invited or Session Lectures, in the case of Poster Presentations an abstract not exceeding 1 page describing the work. All submitted abstracts and manuscripts received will be reviewed on the basis of scientific merit, novelty and practical application. The abstracts of the conference and a selection of the proceedings will be published in the conference proceeding.
